We will be sitting throughout today’s meditation. So take a seat and relax deeply. Relax. Breathe deeply and slowly. Close your eyes.
I saw this recently: By the famed meditation and Japanese yoga instructor H.E. Davey:
"The mind moves the body, and the body follows the mind. Logically then, negative thought patterns harm not only the mind but also the body."
Today we explore further, our five bodies and energise our highest body. That which connects us with our highest potential, our soul, our purpose for life. That which connects us to all that is.
We are healing ourselves through a purpose greater than us. When we clear negative thought patterns, we heal our physical bodies. Remember, healing is of the mind as suffering is of the mind. All the healing takes place in the astral body.
The more time we spend in the higher vibrational bodies and the states that they connect with, the more we clear our minds of negative thought patterns.
Yesterday we explored the power of working in the flow state, where we become a vessel or channel of creation whilst the process takes place spontaneously. We explored the impact of creating happiness on our minds.
We continue to use our breath as a healing tool. Today we breathe into the chest. We are breathing at an even pace using the pacer in the background, as follows: Breathe in, Breathe out, in, out. As you breathe following the pacer, focus intensely on the heart. Breathe into the heart. As you breathe out, breathe place your attention as far out as possible. You are not looking at any particular experience but just to expand your awareness as far outward as possible. To allow you to concentrate, I will let you breathe into your chest and out as far as your awareness can go for the next few minutes.
Now recall the beautiful experience you had yesterday. Can you just hold the most intense feeling of happiness into your awareness. Breathe this feeling into your heart at the inbreath and out as far away as your awareness can go. Take this wonderful feeling of expansion with you, in into the heart and out into the outermost body which is everywhere where your awareness goes.
Now sit still and listen to answers to the following questions to these questions:
What is the most important thing for me to do in my life at this moment?
What would I need to heal in my life in order to start engaging with my highest purpose?
Write the answers down in your journal.
Now you may open your eyes and stretch
