 Let me set the stage:

It's Wednesday December 23rd 2020

Last weekend participated in an other 2day Ayahuasca ceremony.

I'm still on the diet: 1 meal per day.

I have been feeling deep pounding heart beats for 2 days now. I've been doing extra push ups and yoga to redirect that energy.

My ears have been ringing softly for weeks.

Sexual energy is sky-high without orgasms. Yes, I do that on purpose. :)

This afternoon I decided to have a nap. So I get in bed, close my eyes, relax the jaw and start going deep.
Soon I notice a levetating sensation on my hand and arms, spreading fast over my whole body.
The ringing in my ears suddenly increases in volume and pitch. It sounds like the engine of a loud Harley with a supersonic spaceship layer over it.
By now I can't feel the mattres under my body.
The colours in my mind start vibrating vividly and intensify....
Faster, louder, brighter....until I hear, see and feel a tremendous
BANG!
that turns everything in the most beautiful shades of green.
