21 Days of Greatness Day 19
Day 19 and we meditate on the seventh and last Hermetic Principle. This is the Principle of gender. Let us have a lying down meditation. So lie down on your back, on a flat surface. Lie with your spine straight. Close your eyes.
Let your breathing flow in and out naturally for a while.
Take a deep breath here and hold. Now as you breathe out through the mouth, relax every part of your body.
Take another deep breath in. Hold for a bit. And relax as you breathe out.
Another deep breath in. Hold. Relax on your out breath.
The seventh Hermetic Principle states. “Gender is in everything. Everything has its musculine and feminine aspects. Gender manifests on all planes”
Now relax. We are going to consider what is called mental gender. Here we consider the me and the I. The me is the part of you associated with your body and personality. This is what you project to the outside world. This is the part of you that creates what people can describe as good, bad, father, mother, job role and all other things that people use to describe you. That part of you is concerned with becoming. It is constantly changing, creating and manifesting.
Then there is the I. This part of you directs energy into me by means of the will. It stays the same. Never changing. It is who you really are. This part is concerned with being. This is the I.
According to the principle of gender, the I is the musculine and the me is the feminine. The masculine is responsible for directing its will, and the feminine is the one responsible for creation. It is the part of you that manifests. The feminine is ever changing, ever creating.
When our feminie works in partnership with the musculine, everything you do becomes flawless and deeply aligned. That is why athletes these days talk about being in the flow. This is the state in which life literally flows. Everything moves according to the will. In this meditation we aim to bring the me and I to work together in harmony.
This is achieved in the state of repose. In a state of deep relaxation. The masculine directs its will and the feminine goes to work to create what we wish for.
Now consider just one thing you would like to be able to do effortlessly. Let us say you want to have a brilliant memory for example. You want to remember facts, things, names, places, and faces. If you are not concerned about memory, think of something else you would like to do effortlessly. What would you like to be. What do you want to create. What do you want to be.
You picture this I, the masculine working in harmony with the feminine to create what you want to manifest in your body. Become fully aware and conscious of every part of the body and being able to direct and coordinate your muscles, and all parts of you effortlessly.
Then the I takes charge. Now in a deeply relaxed state, become aware of the I being in control. Imagine yourself performing even what seems most difficult with ease. See yourself in the most relaxed state, flawlessly executing the things that you almost always put aside because they are too uncomfortable to do.
Let the I take charge. Let it Direct your will to what you want to do and achieve. See the me create your wish. See it happen. Yet you remain calm and deeply relaxed. Yet you are able to stand aside and see yourself perform at your best. I will be quiet and let you work on what you want to become.
You can conduct this meditation around everything that you wish to manifest. This does not have to take a long time. If you commit a few minutes to become deeply relaxed and picture yourself becoming or doing the best you would like to be and let the I and the me work together in concert to manifest your wishes.
Now to end the meditation, can you become aware of the here and now. Move your fingers and toes. Take a deep rejuvenating breath and stretch, and yawn. And open your eyes.

21 Days of Greatness Day 18
On day 18, we will have a seated meditation. So sit in a chair or cushion and relax. We are going to have a mantra meditation with some silence. In this kind of meditation, we use a mantra for a few minutes followed by a few minutes of silence. During the silence we will not be interested in the thoughts but in the silence We explore the quality of silence that we experience when we become quiet.
Let us begin with a deep breathing session. Let us do the 4x4x4x4 breathing for a few minutes. Breathe in for four seconds, hold for four, breathe out for four and hold for four.
Lets begin.
In-Retain-Out-hold-in-retain-out-hold.
Now let us use the mantra OM. We will do this without a musical background so as to appreciate the silence fully. I will guide you through meditation.
Now can you mentally repeat OM, OM, OM
Now be silent and appreciate the silence.
Let us repeat OM, OM, OM.
And silence again
To end the meditation, I will play some music to support a silent meditation. I will be quiet and let you do a few minutes of silent meditation.
Just appreciate the silent gaps in the music. Some say it is the silence that makes the music.
Now to end this meditation, on day 17 we asked what the silent meditation had to do with greatness. I said everything and challenged you to think about it.
Briefly, we explore this idea. When you can become silent, and observe your thoughts or the silence, you master your mind. You develop the skill to respond to situations appropriately, by choice. You become able to choose the way you respond. You do not jump to conclusions but allow that moment of considering your action. You can then choose how to respond to emotions such as anger, which can be disruptive if not managed appropriately.
You also become good at directing your mind towards what you want. You have a choice of what to think. When you can choose what to think, you decide what to invite into your life. Your thoughts create the things and experiences that come into your life.
Now, notice how relaxed you are. Notice how silent your mind is. Take a moment to appreciate this. Now stretch and open your eyes and continue with your day.

21 Days of Greatness Day 17
Today is day 17 in the 21 Days of Greatness series. We are going to meditate with the 6th Hermetic Principle, the Principle of causation.
Sit in a comfortable chair and close your eyes. Make sure you are relaxed. I realise we have not done a real silent meditation and would like us to do so today. A real silent meditation in which I only talk at the introduction and at the end. So now relax and allow your mind to go into a deep meditative state. With practice you should be able to go into this state at will.
I will read for you the sixth Hermetic Principle. We will contemplate it for a few minutes and invite the Supreme to give us a deeper understanding of the principle. And then leave you to sit in silence.
Here it is: “Every cause has its effect; Every Effect has its Cause. Everything happens according to law; Chance is but a name for law not recognised; There are many planes of causation but nothing escapes the law.
Now relax for a few minutes while I explain the principle. We do not notice the principle at work because of time and the sheer number of thoughts we think. Whatever we think, we create. Yes some thoughts might not manifest as things or events in our lives but nothing we experience happens by chance. Chance, as you have heard, is the law not recognised.
So if we think fewer thoughts, and make these thoughts count. Or if we think a certain type of thought, and make that type of thought the dominant thought pattern in our lives, we start to see how thoughts cause our experience.
I challenge you, to allow a full day of thinking good thoughts. Not necessarily today. Set aside a full day for this. Maybe tomorrow.
On the eve of that day, ask God in prayer for the support of the angels and higher beings on your day of thought fasting. Ask them to help identify any negative thoughts for you before you entertain them on the next day, your day of fasting.
On the day of thought fasting, begin with a prayer and then a silent meditation with the intention of thinking and manifesting only positive things in your life. Commit to thinking only positive thoughts for the day. As you go about your day, focus only on the good. Reject any negative thought in its tracks. Drop it like a hot cinder. Refuse anything that is not of love, of beauty, of greatness, of perfection. Refuse to judge anything or anyone. Remember, all creation is of God and reflects the perfection of God. Focus only on the positive..
Play your most favourable music as you go about your work. Give people compliments wherever you go. Send blessings to everything and everyone as you go about your work, shopping or whatever you engage in on that day. Be happy. Cheer people up and greet everyone and everything with a smile. If anything negative comes your way, bless it. It might be a rude person or anything less than you expect, just bless it. Shake it off. Yes I mean proper shaking as we did in the other meditation and move on.
Now For the silent meditation. I will be quiet and let you do a few minutes of silent meditation. Do not judge any thoughts. Do not engage with any thought. Just observe and wait for the next if thoughts are bothering you. By waiting and expecting them, the thoughts will soon disappear. Just relax and do nothing for the next few minutes.
...Welcome back. Come back into your body. Notice your breath. Notice how you feel. Notice the state of your mind. How do you feel? Most of all, how has this got to do with greatness. I would say everything. Think about that today.
Stretch and congratulations for successfully completing a short silent meditation.

21 Days of Greatness Day 16
Today we ease upon the Hermetic Principle and work on releasing anything that lays in the way of our greatness.
We take a different approach to meditation.
The meditation is in three parts.
In the first part, we will carry out a dynamic meditation in which we move and whilst we move, we release all the unwanted thoughts, feelings, pains-energies that stand in the way of our greatness.
The release is followed by a seated, silent meditation. In the second part, we relax and take it all in, in deep gratitude.
We end our meditation lying down in a relaxation
So allow yourself some space where you can move around during the first part-the release. Have a chair or cushion hand for a seated meditation. After the motion, you will need to do a seated meditation and then close whilst lying down.
Let us begin.
All you are doing in this section is shake as much as you can. I will tell you what I have been told about the antelope, you know the animals that the lions and leopards love to hunt for. When the antelope survives the chase by the big cat, I am told that it shakes and rolls violently for almost half an hour. This helps it release all the fear and pain of the chase. They do so to release all the trauma and become free again.
Us humans, in the name of dignity, we silently carry our traumas around, causing other traumas to other people in the process. The anger and helplessness we feel against heavy traffic becomes swearing and calling other people names, instead of finding other ways of release.
The antelope do what they do so as to release chemicals of survival from the body. If these chemicals or energies stay stagnant in the body, they start causing damage to the body. So let us shake.
Do some shaking and moving. Anything that makes you feel you have released. Release all those unwanted energies. Release. Move, shake and do whatever you can to release.
Now in the second part, calm down and take it all in. Sit silently. I will give you time to sit silently whilst you recover from the shaking, just sit and observe your thoughts. Calm down. Just come down.
We are grateful for everything in our lives that makes us feel and appreciate our greatness. So let us begin..

21 Days of Greatness Day 15
We are now in our last week of this meditation series. We are still working with the fifth Hermetic principle, the principle of rhythm: Everything flows out and in; everything has its tides; all things rise and fall; the pendulum swing manifests in everything; the measure of the swing to the right; is the measure of the swing to the left; rhythm compansates.
I suggest you lie on your back, with palms on the sides, facing up. Eyes closed. Your feet are slightly apart. Make sure your back is straight. Your head is slightly tilted with the chin towards the chest. Make sure you are comfortable and warm. .
I will guide you through another progressive relaxation. In this exercise, you place your attention on one area of your body and tense it as hard as possible on each in-breath. You hold at the top and then release at each outbreath as you relax. You get the sequence: Tense as you breathe in. Hold your in-breath as you tighten and tense even more. As you release, you breathe out and then relax. Each out breath should be accompanied by a deep relaxation in the area we are working with.
Now, can you place your attention on both your feet. Curl your toes as you breath in slowly and as you continue to curl your toes, hold your breath. Now relax as you breathe out and appreciate the warmth of fresh oxygenated blood flood your feet. Now move your attention to your lower legs, squeeze the muscles on your cuff muscles, feet and heels as you breathe in. Hold the breath as you squeeze these muscles and experience their tightness. Do not hurt yourself. As you breathe out, relax and again appreciate the feeling of relaxation as fresh oxygenated blood floods the muscles of lower legs.
Now squeeze your thigh muscles as you breathe in. You will find that this is easy to do when you stretch your entire leg on each side. Hold your breath and squeeze the muscles of your thighs. As you breathe out, Relax and spend a few moments appreciating the nice warm feeling.
Now squeeze muscles of your buttocks, the perineum and pelvic muscles as you breathe in and hold. Relax and enjoy that feeling of warm relaxation as you breathe out.
Now your entire lower body is relaxed-your feet, lower legs, upper legs, buttoks, perineum, and sexual organs are relaxed.
Now squeeze your lower abdomen and lower back together as you breathe in. Arch your back slightly. Hold. Squeeze and hold and as you breathe out, release these muscles. Move to the chest and breathe into the chest. Hold and blow out all the tension in the chest. As you breathe out, relax your chest.
Now squeeze your shoulder blades together as you breathe in. Squeeze and hold your breath. As you breathe out, relax
Now clench your fists and allow your biceps and triceps to tense as you breathe in. Hold and squeeze. Squeeze and hold. Now breathe out and relax your arms.
Raise your shoulders as you tense the muscles in your neck as you breathe in. Hold and squeeze. Squeeze and hold. As you breathe out relax. Now take time to appreciate the relaxation in your entire body from neck to the bottom of your feet. Enjoy this relaxation.
Breathe in as you squeeze and squeeze every muscle on your face. Make a face, tighten your lips and squeeze your lips together as you breath in and hold. As you breathe out, relax every muscle of your face,
Finally, open your mouth as wide as possible as you breathe in. Hold and open even wider and as you release, breath out and appreciate the relaxation from head to toe.
Now scan the entire body and appreciate such a deep level of relaxation. Can double the feeling of relaxation. Double it again.
Now recall every situation in life when you felt things were really bad. Can you look at the good periods. Do you see any pattern between when you experienced the good and the bad. Look at your life and look out for any patterns. Maybe you fell in love and enjoyed a life of bliss, then followed by a heartbreak. How long was each cycle. Maybe you experienced a spell of good health and then from somewhere unknown, some illness hit you. No matter how temporary. Can you see the cycle there? Keep looking at your life and picking these trends.
Now for anything you called bad or less than perfect, can you learn to accept it. Let us call each feeling of rejection of such experiences an illusion. Anything you called bad, or evil, can you call it an illusion. It was a lesson brought in your path for your growth. It brought you here. The view of bad, evit or anything unwelcome was an illusion.
Now that you are here, can you make a commitment to accept everything that will ever happen in your life.
Can you vow to maintain a high vibration in any situation.
Relax deeply and repeat after me as I read from the second meditation in the Three Magic Words by U.S. Andersen.
:
Now in your own time, you will slowly come out of your relaxation, become awake and aware. Stretch. You are now fully awake.

21 Days of Greatness Day 14
Today our meditation will be based on the fourth Hermetic Principle, the Principle of Rhythm: Everything flows out and in; everything has its tides; all things rise and fall; the pendulum swing manifests in everything; the measure of the swing to the right; is the measure of the swing to the left; rhythm compansates.
I suggest you lie on your back, with palms on the sides and eyes closed. Your feet are slightly apart. Make sure your back is straight. Your head is slightly tilted with the chin towards the chest. Make sure you are comfortable and warm. As your body relaxes, you might feel colder so ensure you will be warm throughout the meditation.
Let us start with a consecration: Today I observe the rhythms of life. I observe the ebb and flow of life. I respect the cycles and trends of life. As I do so, I observe my greatness. I ensure my lowest always rests above the highest of the lows around me. I keep my vibration above the vibrations surrounding me. Not that I am superior to any other other human, and not that I am in competition with anybody, but that I refuse to be influenced and affected by the fear and restlessness that surrounds me. I refuse to associate with thoughts of fear, frustration and anger that prevail in all areas of life. I keep my tides high above all else. By the help of the supreme, I am free. Amen
Now relax deeply. I will guide you through a progressive relaxation. This relaxation will fit in with the theme of our meditation today. We are allowing the experience of rhythm in our lives. We are learning to cope with changes that are constantly taking place in life. Not out of despair but out of power and strength.
Every time of your life, you experience highs and lows. You experience happiness and sadness. There are times of health and times of sickness. Everything is part and the nature of life. Our role is to observe these trends and maintain our vibration above the sadness and feelings of despair that grip those that do not know any better.
We understand the seasons and observe them. We do not deny them. We accept the seasons, knowing that they reflect the nature of reality. They happen in our individual lives as they happen in the entire universe. Daylight is followed by night time. There are times of hunger and times of abundance. Floods are followed by periods of drought as they exist together with normal life. These are all seasons of life.
Our role is to observe and accept. Our role is to keep our vibration at the highest. When we do, then we can truly witness events and problems around us, and appreciate the greatest power at work. But we are not helpless. We witness fear and frustration, but that does not get to us. Even if it does, the impact is minimal, as we have the support and help of the angels, ascended masters and beings of light that protect us every day and all day.
Now, starting with your feet. Can you place your attention on both your feet.
Now squeeze muscles around your bottom, the perineum and pelvic muscles as you breathe in and hold. Relax and enjoy that feeling of warm relaxation as you breathe out.
Now your entire lower body is relaxed-your feet, lower legs, upper legs, buttoks, perineum, and sexual organs are relaxed.
Now squeeze your lower abdomen and lower back together as you breathe in and hold. Squeeze and hold and as you breathe out, release these muscles. Move to the chest and breathe in and hold as you bow your chest out like a balloon.
Now whilst you are enjoying your relaxation, I will talk to your subconscious mind.
You are safe. You are free. You are courageous and you are part of the universal subconscious mind. You accept what is but you do not go out seeking fear. You respect the ebb and flow of life and respect the rhythms without judgement. You accept all. You are not gripped by fear. Neither do you senselessly seek fear and feed it through all forms of media. You watch and pray for those who are affected. Bless those who have lost their lives. Love everybody around you. Be courageous. Be strong. You understand the seasons of life. These are a part of nature. You have experienced them from the smallest movements in your cells and muscles in your body and in the floods, sickness, disease and abundance in nature. Let all these trends serve to make you understand that there is a power greater than everything in the entire universe. Appreciate that you are a part of that power. You are it. Take time to contemplate about this. Take time to understand the meaning of rhythm. Take time to appreciate the seasons. Understand the ups and downs of life. Take time to accept and understand these without judgement.
Now in your own time, you will come out of your relaxation, you will become awake and aware and you will stretch and become fully awake.

Now whilst you are enjoying your relaxation, I will talk to your subconscious mind.

21 Days of Greatness Day 13
On Day 13, we carry on with the Principle of polarity. Our practice today is to explore the polarity in our minds from different perspectives. So sit comfortably and make sure you are relaxed. Eyes closed.
The idea today is to sit and just place your attention on the silence in your mind. Just relaxing. By comparison, we can understand the deepest part of our minds. We can appreciate the silence as opposed to the noise in our heads.
For a moment allow your thoughts to float around without causing any ripples. Just observe them without attachment. Observe your thoughts but not engage with anything in particular.
You are just quiet and relaxed.
At this point I will be silent to allow you to just observe what is going on in your mind,
Now, imagine a sheet of paper piercing into your head horizontally at eye level. This paper divides the top of your head and the bottom. Take a moment to observe the middle of your head from top to bottom. The plain defined by your eye level. Take your time-just place your attention on this plain at eye level.
Imagine another sheet of paper at the mid-point between your ears on the vertical plain. The midpoint between left and right on the vertical plain. Take your time to understand the central part of your head between left and right.
Now in your mind's eye, picture the central point between the top and bottom and between your left and right. That is the centre of the head. For a moment, just place your attention at this point and just relax.
Now move your attention, up to the mid point just above eye level. Relax with your attention in that position for a few moments.Notice all the noise and everything that is taking place above eye level.
Now move your attention back to eye level. Mid-point from top to bottom and from left to right.
Move your attention below eye level at the central point between your ears. You can literally feel your consciousness sink below the eye level. There is a quiet space at that part of your mind. In a few seconds I will stop the music for a couple of minutes to enable you to just focus at this point for the next few minutes. Ignore anything else. Just focus your attention at the silence at the mid point of your head below eye level. I will let you relax with your attention at this point for a while. I want you to notice the silence at this point.
I will be quiet for quite some time to allow you to just place your attention at this point.
Now move your attention slowly upwards at the mid point, at eye level and between the ears.Notice the difference. Now move your attention at the point above eye level, midway between the left and right. Notice the difference. You would normally appreciate top and bottom. Above and below. High and low. And your would appreciate the silence at the deepest part of your mind
You may now open your eyes.

21 Days of Greatness Day 12
Day 12. We meditate on the 4th Hermetic Principle of Polarity.
The Kybalion says: Everything is dual. Everything has poles. Everything has its pair of opposites. Like and unlike are the same. Opposites are the same in nature. They are different only in degree. All truths are but half truths. All paradoxes can be reconciled.
Sit or lie down in a comfortable position with eyes closed.
Let us do the balancing breath for a few minutes.. This will balance the left and right hemispheres of our brains.
Place the thumb on the right hand over the right nostril and the index finger and the middle finger over the left nostril. As We breathe in for the first time,we open the left nostril and close the right nortil using the thumb. Hold your breath by closing both nostrils, the left using the index and middle fingers and the right nostril using the thumb. Then breathe out through the right nostril with the left closed by the index and middle fingers. Close both nostrils as you hold the breath out. Then open the right nostril to inhale. You are breathing through the nose for both the inhale and exhale. Softly. Deeply. Slowly. Follow the sound. This sound is for the inbreath. This sound is for retention. This hound is for the out breath. This sound is for holding the sustain-you hold the breath outside. Breath in. Breathe out. Deep breath in. Remember.
Now the importance of the principle of polarity is that there are no differences in things, feelings, phenomena. For example, good and bad are the same. They are both good, only different in the degree of goodness. Or they are both bad, and differ only in degree of badness. Same with good and evil. Hot or cold are the same.
This means that transmutation of minds is possible. Minds can be changed by other minds. Minds may be polarized by other minds. Thus strong minds can instill fear into other minds. Likewise, love can be instilled into other minds. The good phenomenon is of higher vibration. The higher vibration always wins over the lower. Thus courage transmutes fear into courage Light transultes darkness into light. Love transmutes hate into love. Wholeness transmutes disease into wholeness.
Now. We go into a high vibrational state. Let us all go to a beautiful sanctuary. A wonderful place that you only have ever been. Allow this place to look as beautiful and possible and as wonderful as possible. Can you add something that you can see-of the greatest beauty. Just experience beauty, the only kind of beauty you can find here. Feel a wonderful feeling of warmth that only exists here. The air in this place is fresh and naturing. See the things in place and experience their beauty. Can you touch something in this place and make it real. Bring it to life. Feel its texture. Can you smell it. Is it something you can eat. Can you taste it? How does it feel on your skin. What colour is it?
Identify five very positive things that only have ever happened here. Let these things happen. Let them bring to you love, beauty, and other wonderful states. Allow yourself to place your attention from one of these wonders to the next to the and to the and to the next to the next, in order and back. As you move across these experiences, allow yourself to feel the different positive feelings. Scan these feelings and memorise them. Continue moving from one positive feeling to another: happiness, love, peace, lovingkindness; compassion for example. Continue to move from one positive feeling to another. Keep going until I tell you to stop. Imagine these feelings are connected in a circular shape like one giant wheel. Allow this wheel to start turning at a very high speed.
In your mind’s eye. Observe some dark, evil, unpleasant conditions that are happening anywhere in the world currently. As many as you can. See the giant high vibrating wheel turn to encircle the vices completely. Let the wonderful feelings engulf the bad feeling with vicious fire. Let light burn the darkness. See all the ugly and disturbing experiences transmute into love. See the triumph of good over evil.
This process is not fiction. This is reality. This wonderful movie is taking place in your life and in the world around you. Good is transmuting bad into perfection. Love is transmuting hate into love. This is real. Your subconscious mind, which knows everything that needs healing in your life, is now taking action to put harmony in every area of your life where there is discord. Your subconscious mind is creating beautiful conditions around your life. It is working hard to put together resources to bring harmony in your life and in the lives of those around you. As we all focus on these positive experiences, we are changing the world around us.
Take a moment to witness the positive, consume the darkness and transmute it into light. See the beauty transcend the ugly.
As you come out of your wonderful relaxation, I will guide you by calling numbers from one to five. One you are feeling less relaxed. Two every nerve and muscle is becoming fully awake and aware, Three, take a deep deep breath of cool clear mountain air filling your lungs with that energy giving energy, four Feel that cool clear mountain spring water washing the back of your eyes, your nasal passages, your throat. Your chest is clear. Your throat is clear. Your nose is clear.. Your eyes are bright and shiny and

21 Days of Greatness Day 11 with Chris Mabika

21 Days of Greatness Day 11
On day 11 we continue to use the third Hermetic Principle for our meditation: "everything is in motion; everything vibrates; nothing is at rest." From the highest manifestation, to the lowest, everything and all things Vibrate. .
As we sit comfortably, with eyes closed we aim to relax deeply and deeper still. We begin with a breathing practice. Just a simple breathing exercise in and out easily, softly and deeply. You are breathing into the belly. Deeper into the lower abdomen. I play the breathing music.
Let us now begin. Breathe in at this sound and when you hear this sound, breathe out. Breathe in and Breath out. Take a deep breath in, and breathe out. Continue to the end of the music.
Now as the breathing music comes to end, aim to relax profoundly. Listen to my voice.
Imagine a wheel which is at rest. It looks still, doesn't it? As you begin to turn it, you can tell it is moving. Now as it turns faster and faster, it begins to look as if it is still again. As if it is at rest. At the highest level of motion, at the highest level of vibration, it becomes quiet and appears still. That is our practice today.
We at the highest vibration our minds become quiet and still. This is a wonderful state in which we are at our best. Our minds are at our most effective when we appear calm and relaxed.
We make use of sound vibration to bring ourselves into that deep state of relaxation. WE use the sound of the word love. In your mind, repeat the word sound as many times as possible. Very quickly. Continue saying this word. If anything distracts your attention, go back to your mantra, love, love, love. Do not try to think what the word means. Do not try to reason, just focus on the word love. Repeat love, love, love, love.
I will be quiet for some minutes to allow you to repeat the word love.
Now take time to feel the quietness in your mind. I would like you to go into a dialogue with your very quiet mind, vibrating at its highest level of vibration. Open your eyes and take your journal. Ask a question concerning something you would like to know. Listen for the answer. Take any word or phrase or any thought that comes to your mind and ask a further question such as is this answer from my highest self or from my conscious mind? Continue asking such as: How would I know that this answer is not from my imagination? When you get an answer ask some more questions. Challenge your mind to go into a deep conversation. What do you want to know? Ask more questions and take the first thing that appears into your consciousness.
As we come to the end of our meditation, I invite you to practice this meditation often, aiming to go on repeating the word for twenty minutes using an alarm to tell you when you have done a full twenty minutes. You begin to cultivate inner silence. And you find answers to all your questions from within. All you need to do is to attain a level of calmness and silence and emptiness in your mind. Then ask.

21 Days of Greatness Day 9
Now sit on a chair with your back straight. Feet are firmly on the ground. Shift to the front of the chair to allow your feet to take some of your weight. Relax your body. Eyes closed
Just a reminder before we start. The title of this series is 21 days of greatness. And today is day 9. Have you ever thought how you are going to experience greatness in these 21 days? Have you had moments when you said Indeed I am truly great?
That is my challenge to you today. I challenge you to know that you are great.
Here is your intention for today: I am proving my greatness. I am living my greatness. I am witnessing my greatness. I am experiencing my greatness. So be it.
You may open your eyes
I have sent a picture which we will use for our meditation today. Place this picture at eye level where you can see it fully on your mobile or other equipment such as laptop or tablet. The picture must be upright. Make sure you remove the auto turn off of the screen. Ensure the picture will stay to the end of the meditation.
In a moment I will ask you to gaze at the dot at the centre of your picture
Our meditation today is based on the third principle proposed in the kybalion: "everything is in motion; everything vibrates; nothing is at rest." From the highest manifestation, to the lowest, everything and all things Vibrate. .
In the next few momentsI want you to think of something you would like to have, do or to happen. Make it as small and as playful as you like or as big and as serious as you wish. Something that does not freak you out like I want to get a million pounds when you don't feel the least ready for it. It must be something you will comfortably receive in the shortest amount of time. Something you are willing to place at the back of your mind and forget as soon as we finish this meditation.
Here are some examples: You may want to see a white feather. Or do you want to manifest a 20 £;$; Euro note or more from nothing depending on your level of comfort with it. Do you want to experience healing today? What do you want to heal? Or do you want to know something that you have always wished to know about yourself-not about somebody else. Or do you wish to give up something? Annoying thoughts playing in your head continuously like a broken record maybe?. Or do you just want to be surprised at seeing, doing, or experiencing something that will make you say Ah in awe and wonder how it came about-meet someone special maybe. The choice is yours.
Now take a moment to decide what you wish for.
Make a mental note of your wish
Now turn to the picture. Rest your focus only at the little point in the middle . Focus without blinking your eyes, without straining.
As you breathe and focus on the dot at the centre of the picture, allow the thought of that thing you wish for to float into your imagination. However, whatever you do, place as much attention as possible at the centre of the picture. Focus on the dot at the centre of the picture.Focus through your third eye. Gently and softly
Note what happens to the shapes as you keep your eyes firmly at the centre of the picture.
Breathe softly and easily.
Remember to focus on the centre of the picture. Your wish on your mind. Just floating
Place some attention on your wish. Don’t strain. Just carry what you wish for in your awareness.
You are not blinking.
Rest your eyes lightly and softly on the dot in the middle of the picture.
Some attention on your wish. You are comfortable
Relax.
Remember: "everything is in motion; everything vibrates; nothing is at rest.
That picture is vibrating. Its colours are vibrating. Your mind is vibrating. That wish is vibrating. Notice the picture changes shape and maybe colour. Just focus on the dot in the middle. All is vibrating. Let it all vibrate until your breath, the picture, your eyes, your mind, your wish-everything vibrates together. Everything is as one.
As all these vibrations resonate with your brain waves, notice how the shapes on your device resonate and move and shimmer.
Don’t pay too much attention to the shapes. Just place your awareness at the dot in the centre. Some attention on your wish.
What happens to the shapes as you keep your eyes firmly at the centre of the picture?
Relax
Breathe. Breathe.
Now drop the breath. Just breathe normally without paying any more attention to the breath. Focus on the dot. Some attention on your wish.
The music you hear in the background is a mantra which says: Aap Sahaee Hoa meaning:
”The Creator has become my protector, the Truest of the True has taken care of me, God, God, God.”
As you go into a deep state of relaxation, everything: your breath, the picture, your eyes, your mind, your wish-everything is vibrating together. Everything is as one. Your wish has become reality. The creator has taken you. To make you realise your greatness. You now remember what you were meant to be
As you relax even deeper I am going to speak to your subconscious. It will hear every word I say and bring it into manifestation. In a moment I will count from one to five and you will come out of your almost hypnotic state. From the moment you come out of this state, until that thing is manifest, you will forget about it completely. Within a few days you will manifest whatever you wish for. You will be so amazed that you will say ah and smile. That which you have written in your journal will become real in your life in a few days. From this moment forward, your subconscious, which knows best what you need, will work hard to bring that wish into reality.
One: Feeling less relaxed
Two: Every nerve, muscle fibre becoming fully awake and fully aware
Three: Take a deep breath filling your lungs with that energy giving oxygen
Four: Feel cool clear mountain spring water washing the back of your eyes, your nasal passages your throat. Your chest is clear. Your throat is clear. Your nose is clear.. Your eyes are bright and shiny and

21 Days of Greatness Day 3
On day 3 we continue meditating and contemplating on some attributes of great people. Again, today we sit in a kneeling position where we feel comfortable. Can you make yourself comfortable now and relax? Make sure your spine is straight.
Today we use the pacer for breathing, in through the nose and out through the mouth. We will breath for only five minutes. As you breathe in, make sure you are breathing right down into your belly. Feel your abdomen become big like a balon, followed by your chest. When you breathe out make sure that you expel all the air as you gently push the abdomen in. We will make the exhale longer and deeper.
Now close your eyes and let us begin. You are breathing slowly and gently. Your breath is soft and almost inaudible. Slow and soft breath. Relax deeper at each outbreath. Feel all your muscles relax at each outbreath. Relax. Deeper and deeper. You are getting even more deeply relaxed. Each time you exhale, feel the breath relax you even more. You are getting even more relaxed. Relax. Deeper and deeper.
Great people seek greatness. They seek to understand greatness. Great people are curious in their area of greatness. They are great because they are curious. They find out about other great people and seek to understand how they do what they do.
This is not the the greatest part. The greatest part is that great people appreciate greatness when they see it. They understand when they see greatness. They know greatness when they see it. They resonate with greatness.
Now relax. Contemplate on this point.
In the bible, when Mary visited Elizabeth who was six months into the pregnancy of John the Baptist, the child (John) in Elizabeth’s womb, leaped. Even before he was born, John could appreciate the Greatness of Mary as she was going to give birth toA great child. Even when the two, Jesus and John were grown up, each great in his own right, they searched for each other. When they met they had nothing but deep respect for each other.
Relax even more. You are deeply relaxed.
Now in your area of greatness. Remember the area in which you set an intention in day one. Can you call upon the thought of somebody who has made it in that area. Who is this person you have chosen? What do they do? This could be somebody who has mastered disease, or somebody who has mastered their body or their mind or somebody who is at the top of their game in the areas in an area you want to improve on.
Science has now proved the existence of mirror neurons. These allow you to copy the traits which you desire from someone. Most of the time you mirror somebody you like without noticing it, without making an effort to do so. You can also imagine the person who you would want to be. With time you will mirror this person and begin to behave like them.
You can also create a model of yourself as the best version of yourself and become that. You do this by spending more time with that. You take time in meditation to become that. You picture yourself as that person you want to be.
Do that now. Picture this person with the attributes you would like to adopt. Can you see the best version of you in your mind’s eye? See that person whose traits you wish to have. Now feel or see their presence with you.
Now let them do what they do. Can you imagine spending a day with them? It is a beautiful day. You are spending the whole day with them. You watch them as they get up. You see them have breakfast. Perhaps you have breakfast with them. How do they eat? Perhaps you are going on a walk with them. It is a beautiful day and you are taking a walk in a beautiful place. Now talk to this person. Ask them everything you would like to know about how they got to the top of their game. Get as much information as you can from them about how they made it. Wait for an answer after each question. Be curious like a child and ask. Ask them even more.
Again trust the messages, images, thoughts, and feelings you get during meditation. They carry the answers to your questions. Take the first answer you get each time you ask a question.
Now at the end of a day with them, thank them and let go of the image of this person. Integrate what you learnt. Spend some time thinking about what you learnt. What things are you going to keep? What are you going to release and forget? See yourself as the person you would like to be. Integrate all the learning you have achieved
Now you know that all your greatness comes from God, the almighty. From the universe. Picture the greatness of God. Now with such greatness on your side, you can be, have and do anything you like. Spend some time in contemplation. Be grateful for what you have learnt. And as you leave your meditation, make it a point to read, search, find out about and spend time with who you want to become.

21 Days of Greatness Day 7
To begin, you can pose the recording for a minute whilst you prepare for yourself a comfortable chair in front of a candle. Adjust the candle to be directly in front of the chair at eye level at a safe distance away. Ensure it will be safe for the duration of the meditation. Now light the candle.
To begin make sure you are seated in a chair in front of the candle, back straight. Sit to the front of the chair so that your feet can feel some of your weight. The weight of your head is fully and completely supported by your neck. Relax.
Arms are on the knees. Palms up. For a few moments close your eyes and listen. Relax. Make sure you are comfortable. Relax and be comfortable
Listen for a few moments. Relax.
Today is day 7 of our 21 days of Greatness challenge. We have so far set our intentions day one. In days 2, 3 and 4 we meditated on the attributes of greatness. We have been humble, practised patient acceptance and understood love to be the greatest force in the universe-God.
On day 6 we looked at the universe and observed that all is mind. The universe is mind. Everything that exists in the mind. We also exist in the mind of God. We have built the whole world on our view of it in our minds. The world we see is created in our minds. All is mind.
We can also influence what appears as external to us in our minds. If we are to become masters in our lives, we therefore should master our minds first. We require an increase in our ability to focus. Just focusing on one thought, one object or one idea, letting it reveal itself to us. We do this with the help of our hearts.
So as is our normal practice, we begin with a breathing exercise. The breathing exercise in itself is training to focus the mind. Just follow your breath. Breathe deeply. You are focusing only on your breath.
We breathe deeply and softly. We breathe through the nose for the duration of the practice.
Place your attention on your heart and hand the fruits of this practice to the Supreme intelligence wholly and completely. Can you relax as you really mean to hand the fruits of your practice to the Supreme. Make it for the benefit of all humanity. I will give you some time to really hand the fruits of your practice and mean it.
Now we start with the 4 by 4 by 4 by 4 breaths. You breathe in to the count of 4, hold for 4, breathe out for 4 and hold for 4. When you breath in, make sure you breathe deep into your abdomen. We will use the pacer. Just follow your breath.
Let us begin.
Now we can stop.
Relax your entire body.
Open your eyes. If your candlelight is off, light it now. Relax and gaze into the flame. Don’t think about the flame. Just gaze at it. Right into its centre. Right into the Center of the flame. Follow it as it flaps in response to your breath. Just relax and watch the flame. Can you see the flame as if through your third eye. See the flame from the mid point between your eye brows.
I will remind you to focus. Don’t think about the flame. Just watch it. Follow it without judgement. If your eyes become heavy allow the gaze to be soft. Flap your eyelids a little when they become dry.
Maintain your focus.
We are still working with the first principle—the principle of mentalism : THE ALL IS MIND; The Universe is Mental.
If the Universe is Mental, then Mind must be the highest power affecting its phenomena
Understanding and the ability to control "Energy," "Power," and "Matter," are all subordinate to the Mastery of the Mind.
Without this Master-Key, Mastery is impossible, and the student knocks in vain at the many doors of The Temple
Keep your gaze on the candle light. Keep it to the finish. You are training your mind to focus. The beautiful side effects of this practice is a very quiet mind. A quiet mind is magical. It makes a peaceful body. It’s thought power is tremendous. Relax.
Just maintain your gaze. Another side effect is the improvement of your vision.
You are going into the theta state where you can receive insights from your highest self. You become super intelligent. Your highest self is a genius. Do you ever wonder how clever you become when you dream. How wise your mind is to generate the beautiful dreams you often have. I wonder all the time. You are bringing that wisdom to your conscious mind.
Mental Transmutation means the art of changing and transforming mental states, forms, and conditions, into others. Through this meditation you are building your ability to achieve mental transmutation. You are becoming the alchemist.
The great work of influencing your environment is accomplished by Mental Power. As you build your ability to focus, you are building your ability for Mental Transmutation and when you do, you must be able to change the conditions and phenomena of around your world.
You are investing in the greatest asset you have- your mind, with which you can influence your environment and everything around you.
Keep gazing.
Now you can close your eyes and contemplate again, asking for guidance from your genius mind how you can apply its power to change any undesirable situation around you into a desirable one. How can you use your mind to transmute conditions and things around you? Ask and you will receive the answer—clearly.
Focusing in meditation will yield the desirable states.
In order to change negative states and experiences into positive states and experiences we need to dwell on the opposite. What is it you would like to change in your life? Can you take time to focus on what you want-the opposite of that. The positive.
Relax and focus.
I will give you a few minutes to do this.
Thank you

21 Days of Greatness Day 6
So as is our normal practice, breathe deeply and sofly
As you close your eyes, sit or lie down and relax completely and deeply
For the next few days we will be searching through the little book written in the early twentieth century by three people who called themselves “the three initiates' to explain the Principles of a tradition that existed on earth over 5000 years ago and recorded in a book called the kybalion.
There are seven of these principles, with axioms that help put them into context for application on a practical level. The meaning of the tradition-the hermetic tradition is that these principles were hidden for centuries from the knowledge of people outside the Hermetics.
These principles were proposed by the Hermetic master-Hermes Trismegistus. Trismegistus means the greatest of the greatest of the greatest. Three times greatest.
breathe deeply and sofly
relax completely and deeply
Relax your entire body and listen as i pick some quotations from the Kybalion that will serve as greatest instruments for our practice today.
The first of the seven Principles is the principle of Mentalism
This is the principle that says: THE ALL IS MIND; The Universe is Mental
This means that : The Material Universe"; the "Phenomena of Life"; "Matter"; "Energy"; and, in short, all that is apparent to our material senses is SPIRIT
This in itself is UNKNOWABLE and UNDEFINABLE,
but it may be considered and thought of as AN UNIVERSAL, INFINITE, LIVING MIND.
Mental Transmutation means the art of changing and transforming mental states, forms, and conditions, into others.
the great work of influencing one's environment is accomplished by Mental Power
If the Universe be Mental in its substantial nature, then it follows that Mental Transmutation must change the conditions and phenomena of the Universe
What does this all mean. It means our minds are the greatest asset we have, with which we can influence our environment and everything around us.
I would like to leave you contemplating and asking for guidance on how you can apply the power of your mind to change any undesirable situation around you into a desirable one. How can you use your mind to transmute conditions and things around you? One of the most effective ways is to meditate. Focusing in meditation will yield the desirable states.

21 Days of Greatness Day 5
Today we keep things open as we open ourselves to greatness. Take the posture that makes you relax the best you can. Take the posture that resonates with your state today and when you can, relax. Relax the best way you know how. Relax.
For the next few minutes relax and, in your mind can you state softly and repeatedly: I am. I am. I am. If any thought , feeling or any form of distraction arises acknowledge its presence and continue: I am I am I am.
Keep saying I am. I am I am.
Now release the mantra. Stop the words. Relax and recognise the state of your mind. Relax. Notice anything that shows up in your mind without judgment. Notice the silence.
Can you start the mantra. I am. I am. I am. Acknowledge any distractions and Cary on: I am I am I am
Now release the mantra and relax. Notice any thoughts or feelings ideas or experiences without judgement. Relax.
Now start the mantra but after each I am can you listen for what comes up. If nothing comes up continue I am. Wait. I am.
Now as we come to the end of the meditation open your eyes, take your journal and record as many words as you remember that came up. Remember never ignore anything that comes during a meditation.
Make a commitment to look at your list for the rest of the day today, recording any insights that come up. Any meanings of the words. Any ideas

21 Days of Greatness Day 4 with Chris Mabika
You can download the audio here.
Today on Day 4 you might want to lie down and relax. Lie on your back. Feet slightly apart. Arms by your side and palms facing up. Your spine is straight. And you are in a very relaxed state. Eyes closed. Relax deeply.
Now very gently but rather quickly can you observe your body and ensure you are fully relaxed. Relax. Now let us go step by step. We are relaxing every part of the body. We are telling each muscle gently and through quiet mental suggestions to relax. Relax the feet from the tips of the toes down to the heel. As you move up each leg, relax the cuff muscles . Move up to the knees and feel a wave of gentle relaxation. Up the thighs. And round your buttocks and the perineum. Relax. Relax your lower abdomen . Relax the lower back and upper back. Relax your shoulder blades. Would you suggest for your upper abdomen and chest to relax. Both arms are relaxed. Shoulders are relaxed. Relax the head and ever muscle in your face. Jaws are relaxed as well as eyelids.
Now in this relaxed state I will speak to you. Deep into your subconscious mind. It doesn’t really matter if you sleep. This is the message your heart understands fully and completely so you will understand every word. Relax.
Today we consider the third powerful attribute of Greatness.
Greatness comes with profound understanding of the forces of nature. Today we will work with one of the forces of nature—a key ingredient in all spiritual practices.
Relax and listen.
I ask you to guard the letters as long as necessary, years, decades, until society is advanced enough to accept what I will explain below.
These were Einstein’ s words to his daughter.
There is an extremely powerful force that, so far, science has not found a formal explanation to. It is a force that includes and governs all others, and is even behind any phenomenon operating in the universe and has not yet been identified by us. This universal force is LOVE.
When scientists looked for a unified theory of the universe they forgot the most powerful unseen force. Love is Light, that enlightens those who give and receive it. Love is gravity, because it makes some people feel attracted to others. Love is power, because it multiplies the best we have, and allows humanity not to be extinguished in their blind selfishness. Love unfolds and reveals. For love we live and die. Love is God and God is Love.
This force explains everything and gives meaning to life. This is the variable that we have ignored for too long, maybe because we are afraid of love because it is the only energy in the universe that man has not learned to drive at will.
To give visibility to love, I made a simple substitution in my most famous equation. If instead of E = mc2, we accept that the energy to heal the world can be obtained through love multiplied by the speed of light squared, we arrive at the conclusion that love is the most powerful force there is, because it has no limits.
After the failure of humanity in the use and control of the other forces of the universe that have turned against us, it is urgent that we nourish ourselves with another kind of energy…
If we want our species to survive, if we are to find meaning in life, if we want to save the world and every sentient being that inhabits it, love is the one and only answer.
Perhaps we are not yet ready to make a bomb of love, a device powerful enough to entirely destroy the hate, selfishness and greed that devastate the planet.
However, each individual carries within them a small but powerful generator of love whose energy is waiting to be released.
When we learn to give and receive this universal energy, dear Lieserl, we will have affirmed that love conquers all, is able to transcend everything and anything, because love is the quintessence of life.
I deeply regret not having been able to express what is in my heart, which has quietly beaten for you all my life. Maybe it's too late to apologize, but as time is relative, I need to tell you that I love you and thanks to you I have reached the ultimate answer!
These were the words of Albert Einstein to his daughter.

21 Days of Greatness Day 3 with Chris Mabika
You can download the audio here.

21 Days of Greatness Day 2 with Chris Mabika

21 Days of Greatness Day 2
On Day 1 of this journey into our inner greatness, we defined our intention and wrote it down.
Would you sit in a kneeling position with cushions giving you plenty of relaxed support. Your buttocks are lightly sat on your ankles but not placing too much weight on the ankles. Aim for a deep feeling of relaxation. Relax deeply. Use all the help you can from your cushions, a neck support and warm duvet in order to get into a deep sense of relaxation. Relax deeply. If you haven’t done so already, would you gently close your eyes.
Remember in this meditation series we are exploring and reclaiming our greatness. We can be completely great in every area of our lives. However, we are using one aspect to anchor our trust and belief in the divine greatness provided to us before we were created.
In the book of Genesis chapter 1 verse 26 in the bible,
God said, "Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along the ground."
We only need to take a look around to see how mankind has dominated the earth, sometimes changing and generally transforming the environment into blocks of concrete, moving metal boxes and structures made of brick and mortar. Some of these creations became wonders of the world whilst others an eyesore upon the face of the earth. That shows our potential for greatness.
Somewhere along the way the vast majority of people forgot their greatness and became slaves to these man made creations. Some became slaves to their mind’s. A lot succumbed to sickness and disease and made it a way of life. Almost the vast majority are addicted to one form of suffering or another.
As we reclaim our greatness we explore what we can achieve with our power. Not in general but us as individuals. That was your intention. You will work on this to reflect the greatness waiting to be made manifest in your life.
On Days 2, 3 and 4 we explore some of the very rare or what we expect to be rare attributes of great people but are fundamental to greatness. If we seek our greatness whilst cultivating these attributes we can become truly great.
Today we are doing nothing but exploring the attribute of humility. We will take this as our starting point so as to get it right the first time.
When you achieve your greatness what do you intend to do with it? Is it for showing off? Are you going to show how well you can read energies and make it a source of pride?
Take time to contemplate this aspect. Can you become great but remain humble? What can you learn from the great spiritual leaders and masters about humility.? Can you learn humility from Christ? Can you see him mix with the lowest members of society, the outcasts? Can you be the stone that the builders rejected but became the cornerstone? The underdog that is widely respected and sought after.
Relax and see yourself become all you ever wanted to be. See yourself on the other hand remaining humble. See yourself submit to the divine. See yourself being of service. See yourself not seeking credit for your service. See yourself achieve your intention. In that state of ecstasy and bliss, can you remember to be humble. Can you aspire to be one of the greatest. In that greatness can you be one of the extremely humble masters, maybe mother Theresa. Can you embrace humility. Can you utter these words and mean every syllable: God, not my will but let your will be done.
This is in part what it means to hand the fruit of your practice to the Supreme Intelligence. This is understanding at every stage of your life that what you have achieved was through the grace of God. By his Grace you have become master of your life. By His Grace you are lord over your emotions and feelings. By His Grace you are Lord over your time, your finances, your energy, your weight and your feelings of hunger and pain. See yourself as Lord over any form of addiction. See God in all your achievements. Get this right from the very beginning.
Take time to see how great God is and just relax in praise. Praise Him by all your might. Praise Him by every atom of your being. Place your head on the floor, bottom on the in a child pose and praise Him. Prostrate yourself before the almighty.
Now Relax in this position. Place your hands by the side with palms facing upwards. You may need to place your head on a soft pillow. Relax and empty your mind. Just relax. You are not doing anything—just appreciating the state of relaxation you are entering into. Relax.
In your own time and ever so gently and slowly, you may sit up and go about your business

21 Days of Greatness Day 1 with Chris Mabika

This is a meditation written and read with the deepest love and a genuine wish for your enlightenment as well as mine and of all humanity. If you wish for more such meditations, join me on whatsapp using my UK phone number 07891532129. These meditations will soon be available on my Youtube channel, on Facebook, on Linkedin and my new website. Watch this space for more details :
As we begin a new meditation challenge, I would like to welcome you all with love. I sincerely hope we will be led to a deeper understanding of our greatness during these 21 days. I Pray that this understanding can become a really great experience first hand for all of us on accessing the greatness that is in us, bestowed upon the human race on its creation. We will all get to appreciate that we once lost this greatness and now we are reclaiming it for ourselves and for all humanity.
So to begin, make sure you create a comfortable space with plenty of cushions and room to kneel, sit and lie down without too much struggle. Just make sure everything you need is accessible around you including a journal and a pen. You may want to use a neck support if you have one. Some eye masks may serve to eliminate any distractions from light and other familia objects. You might need your beautiful smelling spray to anchor your feeling of greatness so that each time you smell it you are reminded of your greatness. Each time you feel down and that you are losing control, you will just remember this smell and reset your state to a happy, masterful state of greatness.
Now kneel sit on your cushions in a kneeling position. Do not put any pressure on your legs or feet. All your weight is on the cushions and you feel the comfort on your perineum. Just relax. Arms lying loosely on your thighs or knees. Your back is straight and chest up and out. Now close your eyes and relax. Cover your eyes with a mask if you are using one. Relax and feel the support of the cushions and all the things you have put around you to support your meditation. Relax your shoulders. Make sure your head is supported by your neck and you are not hurting in any way. This is where your neck support will be ideal to make sure you eliminate any pain or discomfort.
Today we begin this series by setting the intention for it. We are setting an intention for the entire 21 days. What do you want to achieve at the end of the series? Greatness yes. But what is it that you want to achieve that will serve as your measure of your greatness. You may want to have full control over your mind and your thoughts. You might want to muster your sleeping habits to make sure you have sufficient time to rest and wake up feeling rejuvenated. You might want to master your eating habits and eat the right foods at the right time. Do you want to master your weight? Or are you seeking to overcome an illness? Is it a relationship issue? A family problem? Or is it a fear you would like to show mastery over? Are you learning a new skill and you would like to become a master of that skill. In fact there is no limit to what you can use to anchor your mastery over. Are you struggling with anger or any other emotion such as fear and you would like to be a master of your emotions? Do you want to be a master of your own destiny, one who is capable of creating any life you can dream of? This is the challenge and your imagination is the only limit you have.
We will follow Deepak Chopra’s guidance on intention setting. Although the 8-steps were provided to master manifestation, we would like to focus our attention on manifesting our own greatness. We would like to become and feel we are masters.
Remember for a moment that you are fully and completely relaxed. Relax. Take a few moments to feel a wave of relaxation move over your entire body and all your senses. Relax and feel the comfort around you. Take a moment to just appreciate such comfort. Spray and smell what comfort means to you. Smell the smell of relaxation. Relax.
In step one, we ask for guidance. Place your attention on your heart centre. Just focus in the middle of your chest. Ask for the help of the Supreme intelligent, ascended masters, the angels, archangels, the holy spirit and beings of light, whatever you believe. Some believe in the help from their ancestors, forefathers the departed. Why not? Just relax and focus on your heart centre. Some believe in their highest self, some believe their soul guides them in all they do. Get in touch with what you believe. Get in touch with all the guidance you can get. Call upon guidance from your heart. Call upon the spirit guides. Ask-what do I really really want? What is it that my soul wishes for at this moment? In what area of my life am I seeking to experience greatness? How do I want to manifest my power and greatness?
Relax and just wait for an answer. Do not stress over it. Do not worry about it. Just wait and listen. Trust the process. Note in your mind, the first thing that arises in your consciousness. Ask for clarification if you doubt anything. Learn to trust what you get during your meditations. Do not judge anything.
Now without affecting your relaxation, can you allow your eyes to open softly and make a journal entry of the first thought, the guidance you received or any feeling you felt. Just note it and gently place your pen and journal aside and close your eyes.
Relax once more.
In that relaxed state, recall what you saw, thought or felt. That thing you noted in your journal. Now focus on what you would like concerning this insight. You might have seen something that challenges your feelings and is unwelcome in your life. Focus on the opposite of anything unwanted that arose in your consciousness. Just focus on your desire. You might have gone straight to your desire and noted that desire in your journal Is it something you wish to change? Take your time to focus on what you want out of these first thoughts.
Now set an intention concerning that which you have focused on. Again gently open your eyes and now, clearly write down your intention. Some examples to help you frame your intention are: I would like to express my power over what I eat. I am committed to eating the best foods that my body needs for energy, repair and to stay healthy. I intend to achieve a healthy weight and feel healthy in mind, body and emotions. I am gaining control over my emotions-I only feel and express love emanating from my heart. I am a master of my finances. I exercise my greatness over time. I choose to do what I like and when I like. Or do you want to understand how God has created you as a wonderful being. At the end of this series I will have a full understanding and first hand experience of the power and greatness God has placed within me. I will have had a powerful mystical experience at the end of this series. I will sky-rocket my abilities to see and feel energy by the time this series comes to an end.
Now close your eyes and again relax deeply. Relax fully and deeply. You are deeply relaxed.
Now remember what you wrote. You noted a desire and set an intention. Can you repeat your desire in silence. This is step four. Repeat what you want to achieve. What have you noted? What is your deepest desire? That which you wrote. Repeat it silently in your mind. There is an organising power that will work to bring your desire into reality. Can you repeat your desire? Repeat it again and again. You are planting the seed of desire into the field of infinite possibilities. Now have the feeling of handing over your desire to the highest being. Ask your guides to help you hand over your desire to the supreme being. Say, this or something better for the greatest good for all concerned.
Now slowly and gently sit for a second. Feel comfortable and relaxed. From a seated position, gently lie on your back with arms on your sides, palms facing up. You are relaxed. Your body is now fully used to relaxing in this ate. Relax deeply. Deeply relax.
As you let you of any pains, aches and sensations in your body, imaging surrendering everything to the Supreme. Feel yourself being uplifted to a position where you feel light as a feather. No worries, no anxiety, no pressure. Allow this process to help you detach from the outcome. Feel a deep sense of openness in your heart. You are open to what God provides. Relax in this state. You have handed your wish to the supreme intelligence, who knows all your needs before you even realise them yourself. You are open to any outcome. You are free of any desires.Free of any judgements. Relax. Accept anything you feel of sense without judgement. You are practising letting go.
Now in step six and seven, can you ask your body to teach you two key ingredients in the manifestation of your desire: Step six: State silently in your Patience. Say the word patience ever so quietly, in your mind. Feel this word float in your mind without any turbulence. You do not feel any movements in your mind. Just a soft, gentle echo of patience. Let it float in your mind like a feather. Patience. Now move through your body and feel what you feel. Do not make any judgments. Allow patience to float throughout your body. Patience in every cell of your body. Patience around you. Just feel it. Don’t force it. Just feel what you feel. Repeat the word: Pantience.
Now let's do the same witn acceptance. State silently in your mind: Acceptance. Say the word acceptance ever so quietly, in your mind. Feel this word float in your mind without any turbulence. You do not feel any movements in your mind. Just a soft, gentle echo of acceptance. Let it float in your mind like a feather. Acceptance. Now move through your body and feel what you feel. Do not make any judgments. Allow acceptance to float throughout your body. Acceptance in every cell of your body. Acceptance around you. Just feel it. Don’t force it. Just feel what you feel. Repeat the word: Acceptance.
In step eight, can you make a commitment to exercise patient acceptance. In Kadampa Buddhism, they talk of Patient Acceptance. This practice will be our step eight as we navigate our greatness. They define this state as: “The practice of patience, of welcoming wholeheartedly whatever arises without wishing it were otherwise. We can use every appearance, no matter how seemingly disappointing, as a motivation to increase our wisdom and attain enlightenment. This is hugely more relaxing, for a start, and we need to be relaxed before we can fully generate all the other positive states of mind.”
So experience relaxation. Just relax and accept whatever comes. Relax.
Finally sit comfortably. Open your eyes and spray your fragrance and take time to smell it in your nostrils and throughout your body. You are relaxed in patient acceptance. Can you stretch to really allow this beautiful feeling of patient acceptance to become a way of life. Let it be a part of your life. And as you go about your business today and throughout the next twenty one days, each time you feel light you are desperate for anything to happen. Remember this experience, remember the smell of your favorite spray and return to patient acceptance.
Namaste.
