21 Days of Greatness Day 11
On day 11 we continue to use the third Hermetic Principle for our meditation:  "everything is in motion; everything vibrates; nothing is at rest." From the highest manifestation, to the lowest, everything and all things Vibrate. .

As we sit comfortably, with eyes closed we aim to relax deeply and deeper still. We begin with a breathing practice. Just a simple breathing exercise in and out easily, softly and deeply. You are breathing into the belly. Deeper into the lower abdomen. I play the breathing music.

Let us now begin. Breathe in at this sound and when you hear this sound, breathe out. Breathe in and Breath out. Take a deep breath in, and breathe out. Continue to the end of the music.

Now as the breathing music comes to end, aim to relax profoundly. Listen to my voice.

Imagine a wheel which is at rest. It looks still, doesn't it? As you begin to turn it, you can tell it is moving. Now as it turns faster and faster, it begins to look as if it is still again. As if it is at rest. At the highest level of motion, at the highest level of vibration, it becomes quiet and appears still. That is our practice today.

We at the highest vibration our minds become quiet and still. This is a wonderful state in which we are at our best. Our minds are at our most effective when we appear calm and relaxed.

We make use of sound vibration to bring ourselves into that deep state of relaxation. WE use the sound of the word love. In your mind, repeat the word sound as many times as possible. Very quickly. Continue saying this word. If anything distracts your attention, go back to your mantra, love, love, love. Do not try to think what the word means. Do not try to reason, just focus on the word love. Repeat love, love, love, love.

I will be quiet for some minutes to allow you to repeat the word love.

Now take time to feel the quietness in your mind. I would like you to go into a dialogue with your very quiet mind, vibrating at its highest level of vibration. Open your eyes and take your journal. Ask a question concerning something you would like to know. Listen for the answer. Take any word or phrase or any thought that comes to your mind and ask a further question such as is this answer from my highest self or from my conscious mind? Continue asking such as: How would I know that this answer is not from my imagination? When you get an answer ask some more questions. Challenge your mind to go into a deep conversation. What do you want to know? Ask more questions and take the first thing that appears into your consciousness.

As we come to the end of our meditation, I invite you to practice this meditation often, aiming to go on repeating the word for twenty minutes using an alarm to tell you when you have done a full twenty minutes. You begin to cultivate inner silence. And you find answers to all your questions from within. All you need to do is to attain a level of calmness and silence and emptiness in your mind. Then ask.
